The electric bike rider who

collided with a dump truck in Brooklyn

has died, police said Tuesday.

The accident happened Sept. 8 at the intersection of Third Avenue and 12th Street in Gowanus, cops said.

Abdul Bashar was riding his e-bike on the sidewalk heading north on Third Avenue — while the truck was heading south on the same street, police said.

The garbage truck — which had the right of way — turned left on 12th Street and smashed into the 62-year-old Bronx cyclist, who had ridden into the crosswalk, police said.

Bashar succumbed to his injuries on Sept. 18, authorities said.

No arrests have been made.

Bashar is the 22nd cyclist to be killed in a traffic accident this year.
