Elle Macpherson is un-fur-getable yesterday as she prepares to do a report on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade for the “Today” show. The supermodel, 47, (yeah, 47!) will star in a new reality series, “Fashion Star,” next spring on NBC.
