Two eagle-eyed medics helped catch a hit-and-run motorist who struck a bicyclist and parked car in Greenwich Village yesterday, sources said.

The EMTs, Rodolfo Seddio and Frank Laino Jr., got the plate number from the car that fled the 9 a.m. crash on Hudson Street, near West 12th Street — and called cops, who arrested the driver when they spotted the vehicle later on the Lower East Side.
