EMTs worked to save a man they found lying in front of Madison Square Garden early Sunday, officials said.
The FDNY said the man was found unresponsive on the sidewalk at Seventh Ave. and W. 33rd St. around 6:45 a.m.
EMTs performed CPR on the man before rushing him to New York University Hospital in cardiac arrest, officials said.
The man’s condition was not immediately known.
Police said it’s unclear what caused the man to fall ill in front of the arena.
