A home health aide and mother of four injured when she fell on a wet floor is suing Pedro Espada Jr.’s embattled Bronx medical clinic, claiming its maintenance workers were sloppy and negligent.

Norma Lantigua, 47, filed suit in The Bronx on May 14, the day the ex-state senator was convicted of swindling the Soundview Healthcare Network of nearly $500,000.
