Big-bucks donors to the FDR Four Freedoms Park on Roosevelt Island can go ahead and etch their names in the memorial stone, an appeals court ruled yesterday.

The Reed Foundation suit claimed the park’s operators reneged on a promise to carve text recognizing businessman Rubin Reed’s $2.5 million donation on a wall near FDR’s bust.

The city had argued that doing so would be like letting an art donor sign a Van Gogh canvas.
