Bronx cops making a routine traffic stop netted an armed ex-con who threatened to kill them, court papers said Tuesday.

Officers in an unmarked car in Woodlawn on July 19 spotted Miguel Moore making a right turn without using a signal, according to a Manhattan federal criminal complaint.

He fled when they tried to pull him over, but they eventually caught up with him, documents say.

As they were frisking him, Moore, who has a 2011 weapon conviction, allegedly whipped out a 9mm handgun and yelled, “I’m going to kill you!’’
