A former Nassau County cop wrongly accused in a 9/11 pension scandal asked a Manhattan Supreme Court judge on Wednesday to let him sue the city for $10 million.

After he qualified for disability in 2006, Philip Blessinger allowed a pension-scam ringleader to fill out his Social Security paperwork.

Blessinger was arrested in 2014, but later cleared of wrongdoing. He needs a judge’s permission to go to court because he waived his right to sue.
