A former NYPD cop busted for arranging trysts with two undercover officers posing as prostitutes was found guilty of official misconduct in Queens Criminal Court.
Married father Luis Gutierrez, 39, of Queens was on duty in February 2013 when he offered an undercover detective posing as a dancer on Astoria Boulevard money to hook up with him, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said in a statement.
The next day, he set up another rendezvous over the phone, this time with a detective pretending to be a 16-year-old girl.
The former cop faces a year behind bars.
