Robert SmutekFacebook A former Westchester County cop was convicted Thursday of selling an illegal date-rape drug out of his home.
A federal jury in White Plains found Robert Smutek, 52, of Sleepy Hollow guilty on four counts tied to the $1.2 million he made selling an illegal version of the date-rape drug GHB on his Web site, starting in 2009.
His lawyer, Andrew Quinn, declined to comment.
