The disgraced ex-cop who was busted for pimping out at least 10 women — including a 16-year-old — pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a child in Brooklyn federal court Wednesday.
Eduardo Cornejo, 34, an 11-year NYPD vet and former Marine, told Judge Brian Cogan he drove the women to hotels and met with the underage girl five to 10 times.
Cornejo, who was fired from the NYPD after testing positive for marijuana, faces 11 to 14 years in prison when he’s sentenced on Dec. 19.
