Polish beauty Marta Billeci settled her $250,000 civil harassment case against financier ex-boyfriend Taye Famm under confidential terms Tuesday.

Before delivering the deal to the judge, the former couple huddled next to each other talking in Manhattan Supreme Court, while Billeci wiped tears away from her eyes.

Billeci had accused Famm, who once worked for billionaire George Soros, of calling her a “depreciating asset” on YouTube and having her falsely arrested for violating a phony order of protection.

Meanwhile Famm claimed that Billeci was a racist who referred to his newborn son as a “yellow rat bastard.”

Each side denied the other’s allegations.
