A retired NYPD detective claims a current cop on leave for steroid use nearly smashed into her car while driving on the wrong side of a Staten Island street and then falsely accused her of hitting him, according to a Brooklyn federal court suit.

Alice Winkler contends that Officer Steven Hennessy hopped out of his car after the near-collision last May and began screaming obscenities at her.
