$ex in the suburbs
A Long Island couple was busted for running a high-end international prostitution ring that cleared more than a million dollars in the past two years, federal prosecutors said.
Vincent Lombardo, 44, and wife Melissa, 43, of Massapequa, pleaded not guilty to money-laundering charges in Brooklyn federal court yesterday.
The duo’s stable of high-end hookers raked in as much as $3,000 a day, and the Lombardos took a 30 to 40 percent cut, authorities said.
