A former honcho at the Correction Department has been slapped with a $6,000 fine for having a subordinate fix his private vehicle, officials said yesterday.

Larry Davis Sr., who was second-in-command until 2011, told Officer Dale Reyes to fix the vehicle and didn’t reimburse the $400 to $500 spent on parts, the Conflicts of Interest Board said.

Reyes was fined $4,500 for using a city vehicle to get to work.
