A former patent lawyer is a “monster” who should be barred from seeing his 2-year-old son, said an attorney for the child’s mother amid an ugly custody battle.

Anthony Zappin’s estranged wife, Claire Comfort, 32, claims he beat her nine times, and is demanding custody of their son in Manhattan Supreme Court. Zappan has denied he abused her.

Comfort’s attorney, Robert Wallack, called Zappin “a monster” in his closing statement.
