A jealous ex-boyfriend was sentenced to 24 years in prison yesterday for the horrific murder of his former gal pal in front of her 3-year-old daughter.

Segundo Penafiel, 28, repeatedly stabbed Ebony Garcia, 21, as little Chloe stood nearby in her cousin’s home on Aug. 23, 2008.

“You stole Ebony from us! You should rot in hell, you bastard!” Garcia’s heartbroken mom, Julie Perez, tearfully shouted at the killer in Queens Criminal Court.

The fiend, who pleaded guilty to manslaughter earlier this month, faces deportation to his native Ecuador after his sentence is up.
