A longshot candidate for mayor of New York City was taken to Bellevue Hospital and placed under psychiatric evaluation after acting suspiciously outside the Manhattan office of former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, sources said.

Ceceilia Berkowitz, 35, went to Bloomberg’s Lexington Avenue office Wednesday after posting three tweets that said she can’t wait to see her “close friend,” according to law enforcement sources.

No charges were filed against Berkowitz Wednesday.
