A former prosecutor pleaded not guilty to criminal possession and sale of marijuana in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday.

Ex-Manhattan Assistant District Attorney David Leung, 44, allegedly told cops that he turned to weed when his marriage imploded.

“My wife cheated on me and I left her,” he said. “I came back to New York and started smoking marijuana.”
