An executive assistant who dated the boss’s son got more attention than she bargained for when her topless pictures were shared company-wide, she claims in a lawsuit.
Dara Litwin, 30, had been seeing Michael Hammond Jr. for about two months when she got a creepy come-on from an ex-colleague at the Manhattan investment banking firm Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC, which Hammond’s dad runs.
That’s when Litwin, who had left the firm in April for another job, found out intimate images she’d given Hammond Jr. had been shared on a company-wide group chat platform, she claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.
She quickly dumped Hammond Jr., who doesn’t work at the firm but allegedly shared the sexy snaps with his brother, Gregory Hammond, an HHC vice president, according to court papers she filed against the company and the Hammonds.
“Dara trusted them but they took advantage of and abused her,” said her lawyer, Eric Baum.
Litwin is seeking unspecified damages.
