He’s proven his innocence through DNA — now Navy vet and exonerated Bronx sex-crime convict Tyrone Hicks wants the city and NYPD to pay him $10 million.

“What I’m hoping is that something like this never happens again,” Hicks told The Post Wednesday, after filing a Manhattan federal lawsuit alleging gross police misconduct by five officers in the late 1990s. He spent 10 years in prison for an alleged rape.

Hicks claims now-retired Detective Michael Marchman rigged photo-lineup evidence by telling the victim that Hicks was a parolee who’d been implicated by a “credible” tipster, explained lawyer Adele Bernhard.
