A Staten Island woman says she can’t get the dough she needs because her ex-husband is cooking the books.

Randy Desposito has fallen $20,000 behind in child-support payments owed to ex-wife Ellen Desposito and claims to be unemployed. But The Post found him working behind the counter of a Staten Island pizzeria.

He declined comment.
