Eye on Seabrook’s 108G
Federal prosecutors want jurors at Councilman Larry Seabrook’s upcoming corruption trial to know about nearly $108,000 in apparent kickbacks he had in his bank accounts.
They say he banked some of the funds “on the same day or shortly after” his mistress and relatives were paid by nonprofits he controlled and funded with taxpayer dollars. His lawyers didn’t return a request for comment.
