Prosecutors in the drunken-driving case against Bronx Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Troiano want her drinking buddies to spill the beans about how sloshed she was at a party before her 2010 bust.
“Several members of the DA’s office were there. We plan to call them to testify as witnesses,” Erin LaFarge, a special prosecutor from the Manhattan DA’s Office, said during a hearing yesterday.
Troiano was charged with DWI in August 2010 when she was found stumbling and slurring on the Major Deegan Expressway after a three-car accident, cops said.
She was also picked up on suspicion of DWI in 2009 after another party — but that charge “went away” after cops learned where she worked, sources said.
