The MTV reality star blasted by Paz de la Huerta as a “fake-actress publicity seeker” is suing the “Boardwalk Empire” cast member for allegedly roughing her up during a 4 a.m. altercation in the Meatpacking District.

Samantha Swetra’s Manhattan Supreme Court suit says de la Huerta, 26, threw a glass cup that hit her leg on March 20.

De la Huerta is charged with third-degree assault, attempted assault, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon.
