A fake cabby was busted Saturday afternoon by Port Authority cops after he was caught illegally soliciting a passenger at JFK Airport by claiming the AirTrain was “out” — and authorities suspect he’s used the same ruse to rip off numerous tourists for $400 or more.

Barnabas Laurent, 47, told travelers that he was authorized to drive people from the AirTrain stations at Federal Circle and Howard Beach for $410, cops said.

He even had bogus price lists in his vehicle that appeared to have been professionally printed and designed to fool unsuspecting passengers, sources added.

And if that wasn’t nerve enough, Laurent showed even more chutzpah: His wildly inflated fares noted that his fees didn’t include his tip!

“All surcharges such as, but not limited to, tolls, gratuities, taxes, should be paid by passenger,” one of the price lists states.

The suspect was caught after a PA cop overheard Laurent offering to take a waiting man to Jamaica station, according to law enforcement sources.

The PAPD cop then stepped in and arrested Laurent.
