Pretend princess Antoinette Millard withdrew her $1.1 million lawsuit against Michael Eigen New Directions yesterday, one day after the trial judge indicated that she thought the case against the jeweler was baseless.

Eigen agreed not to file any actions against Millard, a Buffalo divorcée and insurance scammer who used to claim to be Saudi royalty to get into society parties.

She had accused Eigen of overcharging her, but Manhattan Judge Arlene Bluth noted that she lacked proof.
