Two dozen Bronx families were forced to flee their homes yesterday after an investigation found that a construction crew had blocked the fire exits, authorities said.

A late-morning complaint was lodged against Bragreis Realty Group, the owners of 1204 Shakespeare Ave., near Anderson Avenue in High Bridge.

Department of Buildings officials found several fire escapes and entrances to the building clogged with heavy industrial gear and refuse.

Two violations were issued.
