The grief-stricken family of a 3-year-old boy who died after being dumped at a Brooklyn hospital over the weekend claims the tragic toddler’s mom is in “danger” – as they begged her to turn herself in amid a widespread manhunt.

Kyng Royal Foster was identified by loved ones as the toddler pronounced dead shortly after his mother, Sunshine Davis, 24, and her 38-year-old boyfriend allegedly abandoned him at University Hospital at Downstate on Saturday morning.

“I just want to say, Sunshine, if you’re seeing this, baby, turn yourself in,” the boy’s godmother, Sabrina Johnson, pleaded during an interview with PIX11 outside the hospital Monday.

“It’s easier for you to turn yourself in and explain yourself, versus them finding you.”

Johnson said she fears Davis is at risk, telling The Post: “She is not all right.”

“She met this grown man….and she’s been manipulated.  She is the sweetest kid but she has been manipulated all her life,” the boy’s godmother alleged.

“She’s in danger.”

The NYPD launched a manhunt for the still-at-large couple after they were last seen making a beeline out of the hospital shortly after allegedly dumping the unconscious boy just before 11:30 a.m., law enforcement sources said.

The boy was covered with what initially appeared to be bruises, but investigators are still trying to determine if the toddler was badly beaten up — or if he was showing signs of lividity, which is when discoloration starts to set in after death, cops and sources said.

“It’s hurting me. I don’t know what to do right now,” the boy’s grandmother, Kanyatta Foster, told the TV station.

“I don’t have any more grandkids.”

“It’s a sad situation that the life of a 3-year-old is gone,” his godmother added. “We’re going to miss him.”

It comes after sources revealed the boy’s maternal grandmother had applied for custody of him in 2022, claiming his mom allegedly had a drug problem. 

A judge, though, didn’t grant custody to the grandmother, the sources said.
