The family of “Man of La Mancha” composer Mitch Leigh claimed their accountant duped them out of millions.

Leigh died last year, but that didn’t stop his accountant, Alan Honig, from siphoning off $4.5 million in assets, the family claimed in a lawsuit filed Sept. 2 in Manhattan federal court.

Honig “strongly denies the allegations,” said his lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman.

“He served as a trusted advisor and close friend to Mitch Leigh and his family for 45 years, so close, in fact, he was left $1 million in Mitch’s will,” Lichtman said.

The case has since been settled for an undisclosed amount.
