The suspected Times Square gunman’s family is at a loss over their loved one’s alleged act of violence — and just want him to turn himself in, one of his brothers told The Post on Monday.

“We are not good,” Will Muhammad said in a brief phone call from Virginia, where he and other relatives live.

“My mother isn’t taking this well,” he added, his voice shaking. “We don’t understand what happened.” 

Law-enforcement sources have identified Will’s younger brother, 31-year-old Farrakhan Muhammad, as the alleged shooter behind Saturday’s horror.

The sources said that another brother told cops Farrakhan had been aiming at him when he opened fire on a crowd at the Crossroads of the World, wounding three bystanders, including a 4-year-old girl.

But Will said he didn’t believe his sibling could have been targeting their brother.

“Personally, I don’t think he tried to shoot my brother. Maybe the ground, I don’t know.”

The distraught man said he hasn’t heard from Farrakhan since the shooting — though he’s been urging him to surrender to authorities.

“I text him messages on messenger to turn himself in, his number says unsubscribed,” Will said.

“We just want him to turn himself in safely.”
