Mourners paid their final respects Tuesday to Brooklyn social worker Enrique Rios Jr., — “the best thing God put in this earth” — who was gunned down in the Orlando massacre.

Mayor de Blasio joined Rios’ family and friends at Greater Free Gift Baptist Church in Bedford-Stuyvesant to mourn Rios, 25, who was in Florida to celebrate the birthday of a friend.

“My grandson was the best thing God put in this earth,” said Maria Perez.

“He loved everybody and made everybody happy. He never had a bad word for anybody and he treated everybody equally.

It was his time, and God took him.”
