It’s not just greasy spoons hiding their health-inspection letter grades. Some of the most popular restaurants in the city — including a celeb-packed SoHo brunch spot and one of famed chef Bobby Van’s steakhouses — were slapped with fines for failing to post their grades from the New York City Department of Health.

Felix — a West Broadway staple routinely packed with models pretending to eat and the European expats who love them — was one of more than 800 Big Apple restaurants cited for not displaying its grade, as required by city law. Officials there declined comment.
