Good riddance!
The Far Rockaway gun-point rapist who admitted to two sexual assaults in his own neighborhood was sentenced to 21 years in prison.
“You’re a serial rapist and a twisted individual,” Queens Supreme Court Justice Richard Buchter said while ripping in to Malcolm Johnson, who plead guilty to raping two woman within a 26-hour period in October 2009.
In the first attack, Johnson, 24, crept behind a 25-year-old woman around 3am on Beach 67th Street where he jumped in front of her pointing a handgun. He then dragged her to the rear of a church parking lot where he robbed her of $15 and demanded his victim to remove her clothes.
Meanwhile, he put on the latex gloves and a condom and raped her, according to court papers.
The following day, Johnson approached a 21-year-old woman about 5am on Beach 56th Street pointing a handgun at her and forcing her to take the elevator to the roof of the building.
He ordered her to take off her pants while he –like in the previous case — put on latex gloves before raping her and fleeing with her pocketbook containing cash, a bank card and personal papers.
The two-time felon’s DNA was found a block away on the condom he used for his first victim and he was arrested a week later.
“This sentence will protect the public from Malcolm Johnson for many years,” the judge said before he sent Johnson to prison for 21 years.
