A modeling agency that launched the career of Victoria’s Secret Angel Lindsay Ellingson claims it’s been cheated out of commissions since she soared to the big time.
Photogenics, of California, hit DNA Model Management of Manhattan with a $7 million breach-of-contract suit yesterday over Ellingson’s prodigious pay.
The Manhattan federal court filing accuses DNA of breaking a promise to share her commissions. DNA didn’t respond to an e-mail for comment.
