Police are on the hunt for a trio of masked, gun-wielding thugs who robbed a McDonald’s eatery near JFK Airport in Springfield Gardens, Queens, early this morning.

The trio stormed into the 24-hour eatery on Rockaway Boulevard near 147th Avenue shortly after 6 a.m., authorities said. One of the crooks wielded a handgun and the other was armed with witnesses told police was a shotgun or a rifle.

The crooks made the store manager open the safe and escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash, the sources said. No one was injured.

The robbers made their getaway in a black Lincoln town car, police said.

Investigators are interviewing the store employees and poring over video surveillance footage from the eatery for clues.
