An 11-year-old girl was killed and seven others were injured — including two who were clinging to life — early this morning after a two-car smash-up on the Upper West Side.

“It’s not fair. She’s just a little girl,” said the dead girl’s heartbroken aunt. “She didn’t deserve this.”

The devastating crash unfolded on the West Side Highway, near West 96th Street at about 1 a.m., when one vehicle careened into the railing, sending it flipping across the roadway and landing upside down. The other car plowed into the first car.

Two people were taken in extremely critical condition to St. Luke’s Hospital. Five other people were seriously injured and were being treated at another hospital.
