An FBI agent and a cop fatally gunned down a suspected bank robber in Yonkers on Friday, according to the FBI and sources.

The agent and Yonkers police officer were part of a task force investigating at least one bank robbery in the area at the time, according to police sources.

They were pursuing a suspect in a vehicle and tried to stop his car when the man reached for a gun and they shot him, sources said.

The man was taken to the hospital where he later died, according to the FBI.
