The FBI seized nearly $600,000 from a Colombo crime-family soldier yesterday after the mobster forfeited the money as part of his guilty plea.
Nicky Rizzo, 84, pleaded guilty to gambling and extortion charges, making him the latest Colombo to cut a deal with Brooklyn federal prosecutors.
Colombo associate, John “Johnny Cash” Azzarelli, also pleaded guilty to gambling charges yesterday.
