A Manhattan hospital that treats firefighters sickened by 9/11 is seeing red over the FDNY’s failure to pay some bills.

NYU Hospital-Tisch Institute filed two lawsuits against the FDNY, alleging it has refused to pay more than $85,000 for seven firefighters hospitalized for Ground Zero-related lung illnesses.

The FDNY sends hundreds of firefighters to hospitals, and any delinquent or disputed payments are “minor,” department spokesman Frank Gribbon said. The hospital took steps last week to withdraw the suits after the city agreed to settle up.
