An FDNY fire marshal bashed in another driver’s window during a road-rage incident in Brooklyn, police officials said Friday.
Timothy Gorman, 52, was charged with criminal mischief after smashing the passenger-side window of another car, police said.
His target was cruising in a 2005 Dodge south at 22nd Street and 3rd Avenue in Greenwood around 10:30 a.m. Thursday when Gorman, in a white SUV, cut him off, the victim told cops.
The two vehicles pulled over, and Gorman spiraled into a fury, smashing the victim’s passenger window, officials said.
This is Gorman’s first run-in with the NYPD, according to police.
He was issued a desk appearance ticket and is due in court in June.
The FDNY did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
