A fire broke out on the fifth floor of a Lower Manhattan high-rise on Friday morning, the fire department said.
Firefighters responded to reports of a blaze at 401 Broadway in Tribeca at 8:39 a.m. and were able to have it under control an hour later at 9:32 a.m.
Video posted to Citizen, a safety alert app, shows a firefighter in the middle of knocking down a smoky structure from the windowsill.
The building associated with that address on Google is listed as office space.
No one was injured, according to the fire department. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
