An off-duty FDNY fire marshal was arrested for roughing up his wife during a fight at their Brooklyn home, police said.

Kevin Goodwin, 41, allegedly attacked the woman at their Carroll Gardens apartment around 10:30 p.m. Monday.

The victim told police Goodwin shoved her to the ground and threw a coffee mug at her, causing bruising to her arm.

He was charged with assault and weapons charges, police said.
