A Federal grand jury in Manhattan indicted Galleon Group Founder Raj Rajaratnam and New Castle Partners trader Danielle Chiesi, a person familiar with the matter said Tuesday.
The indictment charges them with conspiracy to commit securities fraud and securities fraud, the person added.
