The feds nabbed a trio of alleged drug traffickers accused of using U-Haul’s to truck massive amounts of heroin hidden inside wooden furniture from Mexico to New York, law enforcement sources said.

More than $4 million in cash and three kilos of heroin were recovered by the Drug Enforcement Task Force and Homeland Security from a self-storage facility in the Bronx as a result of the long-term investigation leading to the Saturday night bust, sources said.

Suspects Jorge Pizarro, 42, Nelson Deleon, 40, and Miguel Angeles, 28, were arrested on drug charges near the Secure Self Storage facility on Zerega Avenue by Bruckner Boulevard where they were allegedly stashing the furniture holding the heroin, according to sources.

Inside a storage unit at the facility, the feds found a wooden nightstand containing three kilos of heroin in a hidden compartment and $750,000 was found inside a second nightstand.

Authorities executing a search warrant on Monday found $3.4 million in cash inside the U-Haul truck parked at the storage facility, sources said.

In a glove compartment of a Dodge Caravan belonging to the suspects, authorities discovered a bottle of fox urine used to mask the smell of drugs.

The suspects were also allegedly trucking the drugs up to Massachusetts.

Pizarro, Deleon and Angeles are expected to be arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court.
