The feds want a judge to go easy on former stockbroker Matthew Devlin, who turned rat after getting caught divulging corporate secrets that he stole from his p.r.-exec wife.

A Manhattan federal-court filing details approximately $23,000 in cash and gifts that Devlin got for sharing the tips, including “massages at a Florida spa” and lessons at a Porsche racing school.

Prosecutors also revealed how the ex-Lehman Brothers employee betrayed his wife, Nina, by listening to her phone conversations.

Four of Devlin’s pals made millions trading on the information, and prosecutors say his cooperation was “essential” to their convictions.
