Federal transportation officials in Philadelphia have obtained a restraining order against an infamous charter-bus company that serves New York’s Chinatown and that allegedly has repeatedly violated a shut-down order.

Double Happyness has continued to operate despite serious safety problems, according to an edict issued in federal court.

The Post first reported last month that the company was flouting a Department of Transportation order to take its buses off the road. Regulators called the company “an imminent hazard.”

DOT inspectors found it in violation of rules governing hours of service, vehicle maintenance and drug testing.
