The feds want to keep The Bull caged in his pen.
Notorious mobster Salvatore “Sammy Bull” Gravano, whose turncoat testimony sank then-Gambino crime boss John Gotti, doesn’t deserve early prison release on a drug case, prosecutors argued in a Brooklyn federal-court filing Tuesday.
Citing his bloody résumé, prosecutors argued in court papers that Gravano, 70, deserves his full term.
“The defendant quickly squandered the opportunity to live a law-abiding life and launched a drug-distribution venture only five months after his release,” Assistant US Attorney Maria Cruz Melendez wrote.
Gravano last month filed a request to have 34 months shaved off his 20-year sentence for dealing ecstasy in Arizona, citing changes in federal sentencing guidelines.
