A former suspect in the “Pizza Connection” heroin-smuggling case is suing the feds for $9 million over his 2007 arrest.

Enrico “Kiko” Frigerio spent three months behind bars before charges were dropped because key evidence had been destroyed in the two decades following his 1987 indictment.

Frigerio, who lives in Switzerland, wants damages — and the $850 in his commissary account when he was released onto a wintry street in just a T-shirt and slippers.

The Manhattan federal court suit accuses the feds of false imprisonment, negligence, malicious prosecution and “intentional infliction of emotional distress,” over The Post’s front-page story on his arrest.
