The repeat felon whose 2014 gun rap was tossed by a Brooklyn federal judge last month — after the jurist believed his tale over the testimony of two cops — had been out of prison for just 13 days when he was busted with the weapon.

Initially facing up to a decade in prison, Walik Williams will now be out in roughly 10 months after Judge Frederic Block ruled he was illegally stopped by two cops.

Block rejected the cops’ claim that they saw a gun in Williams’ waistband.
